We would like to announce the following seven (7) candidates for the Board of Directors. This was resolved at the meeting of the Nomination Committee held today. The membership as director will take effect subject to the approval of shareholders at the coming 62nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 26th, 2017.

Messrs. Johji Sato, Pak Hong Auyang, Soichiro Uchida, Yukihiro Moroe, Atsushi Kato and Michael Mühlbayer are candidates as outside directors. After the election at the coming 62nd Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, all of the candidates as outside directors will be registered as independent directors at the Tokyo Stock Exchange in accordance with the regulations of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
