- Update on Members of the Committees
There were partial changes to the members of the committees since December 2017. The current members are as follows.

As Soichiro Uchida resigned from his position as director and member of the audit committee, director Yukihiro Moroe was appointed member of the audit committee with effect from December 12th, 2017.
Director Shigeyuki Yawata stepped down from his position as member of the nomination and compensation committee. However, the latter does not impair the function of the nomination and compensation committee. The remaining directors constitute a quorum for both committees pursuant to the articles of incorporation and the relevant statutes.
