Notice of Appointment of New Director and Change in Representative in Our Subsidiary
May 22nd 2006 Press ReleaseSUMIDA CORPORATION hereby announces that, subject to the resolution taken up at
the Board of Director’s meeting and the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of
our 100% owned subsidiary, Sumida Corporate Service Incorporated, the company
will appoint a new director and implement personnel change of representative which
will take effect on 1st June 2006.
1. Appointment of New Director and Change in Representative (as of 1st
June 2006)
(1) Appointment of New Director
Ryoji Iwanaga will be appointed as Director of Sumida Corporate Service Incorporated.
(2) Change in Representative
Ryoji Iwanaga, the new Director, will be appointed as the President of
Representative Director, the constitution of the Board of Director of Sumida
Corporate Service Incorporated will thus become as follows:
