High Current Power Inductor: DPQ5050/T150

DPQ5050/T150 is AEC-Q200 qualified, flat wire wound, ferrite core-based high-power inductor. Applicable applications would be high-power buck/boost DC/DC converters and PFC chokes & filters for EV OBC. 

This is a new high-power family type following DPQ3535/T150.

Key Features:

  • AEC-Q200 qualified
  • Magnetically shielded
  • Through hole structure
  • Operational Temperature range:  -40°C ～ +150°C (including self-heating)
  • Absolute Maximum Voltage (across inductor): 500V
