SMD Metal Inductor for Automotive: CDMCxxDxx/L150 Series
August 2nd 2021CDMCxxDxx/L150 series is the new automotive grade SMD metal power inductor series. It is a Balanced Current Type Series in Isat & Irms current with lower D.C.R. than the original T150 series.
This series includes 4X4mm, 5x5mm, 6x6mm & 10x10mm options. They can be used in LED head lighting, ECU and other automotive high reliability applications.
Key Features:
- AEC-Q200 qualified
- Metal composite type
- Operational Temperature range: -55°C ～ +150°C (including self-heating)
Applications:
LED head lighting, ECU & other high reliability automotive applications
Production Stage:
Mass production of each type is scheduled to start from Q1 to Q4 in 2022
