SMD shielded metal inductor: CYxxxxAT150/DS Series
August 23rd 2024CYxxxxAT150/DS series are AEC-Q200 qualified SMD metal inductors. The feature of this series is the balanced electrical characteristics type in saturation and temperature raise current. We are going to release family type from 4x4 mm up to 17x17 mm.
The product type incudes CY1265AT150/DS (14.3×13.1x6.5mm Max.), CY1770AT150/DS (18.0×17.3×7.0mm Max.), CY2213AT125/DS (23.0×22.5×13.0mm Max.).

- AEC-Q200 qualified
- Magnetically shielded, SMD structure
- Operational Temperature range:
- CY1265AT150/DS, CY1770AT150/DS: -55°C ～ +150°C (including self-heating)
- CY2213AT125/DS: -40 ℃ ~ +125 ℃ (including self-heating)
- Absolute maximum voltage (across inductor): 50V
