2. Dividend Policy for FY2022
Pursuant to Article 459 of the Companies Act, the Company stipulates in the Articles of Incorporation that it shall be entitled to allocate dividends of surplus on predetermined record dates (March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31) by a resolution of the Board of Directors. The Company plans to pay dividends of surplus twice a year, once at the interim and once at the end of the fiscal year, starting from FY2022. In order to provide a more stable and continuous return of profits to our shareholders even as the business environment changes going forward, the Company has decided to change its dividend policy, subject to approval of the necessary amendments to the Articles of Incorporation at the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on March 25, 2022.
