SUMIDA CORPORATION (hereafter “the Company”) has decided to revise its forecast for the year-end dividend per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, which was announced on 7 February 2023.
1. Reasons for revision of dividend forecast
Considering the consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ended 31 December 2023
announced today, as well as considering the Company's financial position, dividend
payout ratio and other factors, the Company has decided to revise its forecast for the yearend
dividend from 24 yen to 28 yen per share.
The year-end dividend is scheduled to be submitted for approval to the Board of Directors
at a meeting planned for 22 February 2024.
