Change in Commencement Date of Measures for Providing Information in Electric Format
March 1st 2023 Press ReleaseThe first page of the Notice of the 68th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (hereafter the “Notice”), which you will receive by postal mail after today, states that the commencement date of measures for providing information in electric form (hereafter the “Commencement Date”) was February 27, 2023. The actual Commencement Date, however, has been set for March 1, 2023. This is because it was difficult to revise the Notice to be mailed in time because of proofreading and printing. We appreciate your kind understanding.

SUMIDA CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) announced that at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 22, 2023, the Company resolved to pay a year-end dividend from the retained earnings for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022. The details are as follows.
