March 28th 2022 Press ReleaseSUMIDA CORPORATION (the “Company”) would like to announce that following the 67th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on March 25, 2022, the Board of Directors of the Company appointed the members of the committees and Executive Officers by resolution as follows.
CDRH127/LD is one of Sumida's popular power inductors, we have improved the manufacturing process and optimized design. Now we launched a new type CDRH12D78E/LD which is more cost effective with increased manufacturing capacity. CDRH12D78E/LD is good for DC/DC converter such as Buck/Boost, SEPIC and Zeta for any non-automotive application.
SUMIDA CORPORATION (hereafter “the Company”) would like to announce that the Nomination Committee nominated the following nine (9) candidates for the Board of Directors. The membership as director will take effect subject to the approval of the shareholders at the coming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 25th, 2022.
