CDMT40D20 (4.3*4.3*2.1mm Max.), CDMT40D30 (4.3*4.3*3.1mm Max.), CDMT40D40 (4.3*4.3*4.1mm Max.), CDMT50D20 (5.45*5.45*2.0mm Max.), CDMT50D30 (5.45*5.45*3.1mm Max.), CDMT50D50 (5.45*5.45*5.1mm Max.), CDMT60D20 (6.55*6.55*2.1mm Max.), CDMT60D30 (6.55*6.55*3.1mm Max.).
CDSM70D52/T150 and CDSM12D63/T150 are both AEC-Q200 qualified power inductors. They cover a wider inductance range (up to 100uH) compared to the existing Sumida metal inductor CDMCxxDxx/T150 & /L150 series.
