The Board of Directors of SUMIDA CORPORATION determined to pay a second quarter dividend for the Fiscal Year 2021 ended June 30, 2021. The details are as follows.
SUMIDA CORPORATION (hereafter “the Company”) announces a revision of its consolidated full-year earnings forecast (January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021) which was published on February 8, 2021.
SUMIDA CORPORATION recognizes the need for urgent action to combat climate change and as such, would like to announce our commitment to set a science-based target for greenhouse gas emissions reduction through the Science Based Targets initiative*1, as of July 2021.
