SUMIDA CORPORATION (the “Company”) announces that the Board of Directors decided on the following changes on March 26, 2024.
SUMIDA CORPORATION (hereafter the “Company”) decided to propose a resolution on the partial
amendment to the Articles of Incorporation for the 69th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
scheduled for March 26, 2024, as resolved in its meeting of the board of directors held today.
SUMIDA CORPORATION (hereafter “the Company”) would like to announce that the Nomination Committee nominated the following seven (7) candidates for the Board of Directors. The membership as director will take effect subject to the approval of the shareholders at the coming Annual General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for March 26th, 2024.

was adopted for the A-STEP competitive funding program (Adaptable and Seamless
Technology Transfer Program through Target-driven R&D) offered by JST (Japan Science
and Technology Agency).
The new factory is scheduled to start production from the beginning of 2025.
Tokyo, Japan - SUMIDA CORPORATION (hereinafter “SUMIDA”) announced a plan that will expand its manufacturing footprint in Vietnam. SUMIDA ELECTRONIC VIETNAM CO., LTD. (hereinafter “SEV”), one of its subsidiaries in Vietnam, will build a new factory in Hai Duong province Vietnam, and plan to relocate its factory from its current rental factory in Hai Phong city to the new factory after its completion in the last quarter of 2024, scheduled to start production at the new factory from the beginning of 2025.
