SUMIDA CORPORATION (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) announced that at the Board of Directors meeting held on February 22, 2024, the Company resolved to pay a year-end dividend from the retained earnings for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023. The details are as follows.
SUMIDA CORPORATION (hereafter “the Company”) has decided to revise its forecast for the year-end dividend per share for the year ended 31 December 2023, which was announced on 7 February 2023.
