201610CDMCE/DS and 252012CDMCE/DS are newly developed as the metal compound molding type power inductor. Metal compound molding construction is used in this type to achieve high electric performance and high magnetic shielding, and bring low audible core noise, low profile and high current performance.
CDRH5D28RB/T125 is a family type of CDRH5D28RB/H125. Compare with /H125 type, it characterizes with lower DCR and wider inductance range of 1uH~330uH.
It is AEC-Q200 qualified and suitable for the DC/DC converter of various low-power automotive applications.
Sumida has released the following lineup of new metal compound molding type inductors. The products with magnetically shielded structure that made of metal core and compound, which allows a large current to flow with low DCR and high magnetic flux density.
CDMT40D20 (4.3*4.3*2.1mm Max.), CDMT40D30 (4.3*4.3*3.1mm Max.), CDMT40D40 (4.3*4.3*4.1mm Max.), CDMT50D20 (5.45*5.45*2.0mm Max.), CDMT50D30 (5.45*5.45*3.1mm Max.), CDMT50D50 (5.45*5.45*5.1mm Max.), CDMT60D20 (6.55*6.55*2.1mm Max.), CDMT60D30 (6.55*6.55*3.1mm Max.).
CDPQ****/T150 Series are AEC-Q200 qualified, flat wire wound, ferrite core-based high-power inductors. Applicable applications would be high-power buck/boost DC/DC converters and PFC chokes & filters for EV OBC.
